Teach me, O Lord, the way of Thy commandments

and I will keep them to the end of of time.

Give me, O Lord in the path of Thy commandments

For I will find my delight in them

Incline my heart, O Lord, to Thy testimonies,

And never, never, to selfish gain

Turn my eyes, O Lord, from looking at foolishness

and give me life, according to Thy ways.

Remember, O Lord, Thy word to Thy servant,

The word in which you have made me hope!
